Today, CustomerLink Systems, Inc., a leading Application Service Provider (ASP) of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing services for the automotive services industry, announced the appointment of Mr. Randall Ferre as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Prior to joining CustomerLink, Randy served as Vice President of Marketing and Supply Chain Strategies for International Business Systems-US, the world’s leading enterprise-scale supply chain execution software vendor. “Along with Anthony Romano, Randy was a key contributor to the success of IBS in the US and even internationally,” says Kevin Beresford, Executive Vice President for IBS-US. Prior to Mr. Ferre’s 11-year career at IBS, he worked with other enterprise systems and served in several management positions within the automotive aftermarket industry.
