CustomerLink has entered into a partnership agreement with ATI West to deliver marketing support for automotive shop owners attending ATI West’s “Cash Profit Boot Camp” seminars. The agreement is for a one-year period beginning in July of 2011. CustomerLink has agreed to deliver customized reports to bootcamp attendeeds including visit-frequency details on each shop’s actual customers along with demographic information and other hard-to-get data. In addition, CustomerLink will provide marketing services for ninety days for those attendee shops that sign up for ATI West consulting services upon completion of a bootcamp seminar. ATI West will provide coaches and training for the shop-owners during the boot camps, and they will cover the cost of CustomerLink marketing services for the shops who sign up.
“The point of bringing CustomerLink into the bootcamps,” said ATI West’s Fred Farris, Senior Field Manager West Coast, “is to provide our clients with a turn-key marketing solution that helps them reach their goals. A big part of that is helping them manage customer mix. Shops need to know which customers are the most valuable—the ones who are willing to spend money maintaining their vehicles and who tend to be the loyal type. Those are the ones that will get a shop from survival mode to success. CustomerLink is the only company providing shops with demographic data like that.”
