CAWA Welcomes CustomerLink as a Supporter

Roseville, CA - 06 Dec 2010

The California /Nevada /Arizona Automotive Wholesalers Association (CAWA) have welcomed CUSTOMERLINK as its newest member and supporter of the Association’s government affairs program. “We are pleased to have CUSTOMERLINK as a supporter of what we do on behalf of the automotive aftermarket industry and our members, as well as, their customers’ suppliers throughout the West”, said Rodney Pierini , CAWA’s President & CEO.

CUSTOMERLINK is a marketing services company that helps automotive service and repair shops increase sales and customer retention. They provide marketing programs to help shops find new customers and keep existing customers through the use of conventional methods like postcards and email “service reminders” and through the use of technology-driven programs that deploy Facebook, Twitter and various Google (Yahoo, Bing) search engine strategies.

“We, too, are pleased to support CAWA’s efforts in promoting and protecting the interests of the aftermarket in government affairs,” stated CustomerLink’s channel manger, Steve Baltzer. “It’s important that someone stands up and gives a voice to the concerns of small businesses. CAWA’s efforts help ensure the continued health of an industry that is not just where we do business, but how we support ourselves and our families.”

Founded in 1955, CAWA is a nonprofit trade organization representing automotive jobbers, warehouse distributors, retailers, manufacturers and manufacturers’ representatives in California, Nevada and Arizona. CAWA’s mission is to provide communications, education, legislative and regulatory advocacy and group purchasing of services for its members while promoting the automotive aftermarket industry.
