Who Will the Winner Be?

Well, it was a crazy rollout month, and the activity around smrt was intense.  The contest entries have all been gathered up now, and once we've contacted them, we'll post the name of the winning shop soon.  We want to thank everyone who entered and all those who are showing so much interest in smrt.  To be totally honest, a lot of work went into this product release over the last year, a ton over the last six months, so it was really, really nice to get the warm response and the level of interest we have received (and are still getting).

So, about the winner:  Very soon we'll have the name of the winning shop posted and begin following their progress through their journey into the universe of smrt marketing technology.  We'll be able to see all sorts of interesting things like what kind of customer segments their particular shop serves and which ones project to be the best.  Right now it's all an interesting mystery.  Will the best customers be from segment 12, 22, or 65?  Wil they be Power Parents, Suburban Freedom, or Fast and Focused consumer types? How many more visits per year will they have if they are communicated with message that speak directly to them?   How much more per visit will they spend?  Will they bring all their family vehicles?

In a few short weeks we'll know the answers to some of this: the "characters" in this story will be revealed, and the mystery will begin to unwind.  Check back in from time to time to see how the winner is doing.  Or, sign up yourself and be the character in your own smrt marketing success story.
