Walt Samuelson - President & CEO
Mr. Samuelson, now with CustomerLink five and one-half years, spent seven years with ALLDATA, LLC, an AutoZone Company, and the automotive aftermarket's leading provider of electronic diagnostic and repair information. During the last three years at ALLDATA, Mr. Samuelson was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer responsible for all aspects of the business. Prior to ALLDATA, Mr. Samuelson was the President of an artificial intelligence software company, Quintus specializing in customer relationship management software; General Manager for a computer memory and storage company, Helios; and held sales and marketing senior positions at Procase and Envos. He spent the first 17 years of his career at Xerox Corporation in sales, marketing and quality positions with his last position being that of Vice President, Quality and General Manager, Artificial Intelligence Systems, Documents Systems Business Unit. Mr. Samuelson graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Mark Hockridge, Founder & COO
Mr. Hockridge is in his sixth year with CustomerLink. He began his career with seven successful years at IBM where he managed the strategic sales direction for IBM software products within Fortune 500 companies. While on a two-year sabbatical from IBM, Mr. Hockridge demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by founding, developing and eventually selling a child development center. His most recent position involved the development and execution of several key business initiatives for an international supply chain software firm, International Business Systems (IBS) entering new and emerging markets. He is regarded amongst his peers as being extremely knowledgeable of the high tech industry. Mr. Hockridge's family owns and operates a successful automotive repair facility, and he is also an automotive restoration enthusiast. Mr. Hockridge is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Steve Liscinsky - Vice President, Information Systems & Technology
Mr. Liscinsky is in his sixth year with CustomerLink. He began his career in 1989 with Bearing Distributors Inc., a $300 million dollar distributor of bearings and power transmission products with over 75 locations. In 1993, Mr. Liscinsky was promoted and transferred to the corporate office where he became responsible for the training and implementation of the company's ERP system. Mr. Liscinsky functioned as a business analyst and led the design and development of many critical business applications. In 1997, Mr. Liscinsky joined International Business Systems (IBS), as a senior application consultant. During his three years with IBS, Mr. Liscinsky was responsible for closing business worth over $20 million. Mr. Liscinsky attended Southern Connecticut University and majored in Business with a minor in Psychology.
Claudia Vidovic - Director, Product Development
Ms. Vidovic is starting her sixth year with CustomerLink. Prior to joining CustomerLink, Ms. Vidovic was a project manager at International Business Systems (IBS), leading multi-million dollar supply chain execution software installation projects. Her responsibilities included identifying and designing custom modifications to base applications, managing project resources, budget, and timeline, end-user training, and go-live support. She brings to her role over 10 years of experience in the software design and development industry. She graduated with honors from Cornell College with B.A. degrees in Psychology and Anthropology interdepartmental with English & Women Studies.
Jill Stenson - Marketing Communications Manager
Ms. Stenson is in her sixth year with CustomerLink. She has over 12 years of experience in advertising, promotions, marketing communications and market research. She began her marketing career at Fleming Companies, Inc. where she led the promotional marketing efforts. She has worked with the Marketing Department in the School of Business at California State University, Sacramento coordinating several market research projects. At Mering & Associates, an advertising agency, Ms. Stenson was responsible for developing and implementing their client campaign budget tracking system while serving as assistant account executive on several of the agency's key accounts. She graduated from California State University, Sacramento with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing.
