CustomerLink and ALLDATA Enter Strategic Alliance

Roseville, CA (September 12, 2000) Today, CustomerLink Systems, Inc., a leading Application Service Provider (ASP) of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing services for the automotive services industry, announced their alliance with ALLDATA LLC. ALLDATA is the worldwide market leader in providing electronic diagnostic, repair and estimating information to the professional automotive service industry.

Customer Link's programs assist automotive service providers in developing and maintaining customer loyalty. This relationship gives CustomerLink access to electronic vehicle service and maintenance schedules for over 20,000 vehicles. These schedules will be used by CustomerLink to deliver ongoing and highly personalized reminders to consumers on behalf of specific automotive service providers. This communication significantly increases the probability that consumers will return to that particular service provider several times a year for recommended service and maintenance.
